Carpool by CHBTK is NOT a transportation company, taxi service, or ride-hailing platform. We are a community coordination platform only. We do not employ drivers, own vehicles, or provide transportation services.
By creating an account on Carpool by CHBTK, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Carpool by CHBTK. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.
Carpool by CHBTK is a community coordination platform that connects residents of Bahria Town Karachi for the purpose of arranging shared transportation. Carpool by CHBTK does not: (a) provide transportation services; (b) employ or contract drivers; (c) own or operate vehicles; (d) process payments; (e) guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any rides arranged through this platform.
You must be a resident of Bahria Town Karachi or have a legitimate connection to the community. You must be at least 18 years of age. You must provide accurate and truthful information including your CNIC, home address, and contact details. False information will result in immediate account termination.
Drivers using Carpool by CHBTK must: (a) hold a valid Pakistani driving license; (b) ensure their vehicle is roadworthy and properly insured; (c) comply with all applicable traffic laws; (d) treat all passengers with respect and dignity; (e) honor their posted ride commitments; (f) not charge more than the stated fare; (g) maintain a safe driving environment at all times.
Passengers using Carpool by CHBTK must: (a) respect the driver and other passengers; (b) arrive at the pickup point on time; (c) pay the agreed fare promptly; (d) not request detours without prior agreement; (e) maintain appropriate conduct throughout the journey; (f) report any safety concerns immediately.
All payments are made directly between riders and drivers. Carpool by CHBTK does not process, hold, or facilitate any payments. Carpool by CHBTK is not responsible for payment disputes between users. Users are encouraged to agree on payment terms before commencing a ride.
Your safety is your responsibility. Carpool by CHBTK strongly recommends: (a) verifying the driver identity before entering any vehicle; (b) sharing your trip details with a family member; (c) trusting your instincts. Do not enter a vehicle if you feel unsafe; (d) reporting any suspicious behavior to both Carpool by CHBTK and Police (call 15) immediately.
Carpool by CHBTK, CHBTK, and its operators are NOT liable for: accidents, injuries, or property damage occurring during rides; financial disputes between users; crimes or illegal activities involving users; any harm resulting from use of the platform; failure of users to meet their commitments. YOUR USE OF THIS PLATFORM IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Users must not: engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior; post false or misleading ride information; use the platform for commercial transportation services; share personal information of other users without consent; attempt to bypass the verification system; engage in any fraudulent activity.
All accounts require manual verification by Carpool by CHBTK administrators. Verified accounts have their name and phone number permanently locked. Account verification does not constitute endorsement of any user. Carpool by CHBTK reserves the right to revoke verification at any time.
By using Carpool by CHBTK, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your WhatsApp number will be shared with other users as part of the ride coordination process.
Carpool by CHBTK reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, receives multiple reports, engages in unsafe behavior, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
Carpool by CHBTK includes a smart search assistant ("Zozo") powered by a built-in search engine. Conversations with Zozo are not stored permanently. Do not share sensitive personal information with the assistant. Zozo responses are for guidance only and do not constitute advice.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
